I started teaching in 2009 and have since conducted many classes, seminars, workshops, and retreats internationally. However, I have been completely itinerant the past five years, focusing on deepening my studies and practice. As I evolve, so do my offerings.
At the moment, they are as below. I may also take on other special projects on a case-to-case basis.
I offer a practice called Yoga Nidra: Sacred Sleep. It comes in app (free download + in-app purchase) and digital album formats.
See Shop to choose the format you like. You can also listen to the first track Gentle Relaxation (10:50) as many times as you like, free. See About yoga nidra and subsequent sections to learn more about the practice.
I also offer 1:1 live yoga nidra sessions online via Skype/Whatsapp/Telegram.
Please contact me if you would like to book a live yoga nidra session or have any questions. I also welcome your feedback and thoughts on app/album features/updates you’d like to see.
YOGA SERVICE PROJECTS
See Mind’s Eye (updating) and Barefoot College (updating) for a couple of past projects. I’m currently documenting the lessons from these projects and doing additional research, with the aim of bringing free yoga and support materials to people and communities that need them the most. Watch this space for updates.
I’m a member of Yoga Service Council, a collaborative community that comprises yoga and mindfulness teachers, social service providers, health professionals, educators, researchers, and others. It is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization formed in 2009 in collaboration with the Omega Institute, USA.
Please contact me to discuss yoga service projects or to propose collaborations at no cost to students.
